Do You Remember . . .

Do you remember the stories we told you about the fourteen year-old girl studying beneath the lights of a homeless shelter, the son of a single mother trying to escape the horrors of gang violence and the other children across our state trying to change their circumstances through higher education?

Well, they are all going to college thanks to your help!

Thank you for making Dr. King's holiday a day of activism by both advancing the education of this extraordinarly group of young people and providing much needed food for the hungry.

Our country continues to play a unique role in the advancement of the human condition because of concerned citizens like you. You are not only troubled by the occasions in which our nation falls short of its promise but are inspired to take action to ensure that each of us has the opportunity to realize the American dream. We simply can not thank you enough.

We are honored and humbled to know that we have earned your confidence. We will continue to work tirelessly to help make certain that our scholarship recipients receive the financial support and mentoring necessary to help them live their dreams.

We thank you again for your support. We will try to keep you apprised of our progress and invite any input you might have with regard to how to best accomplish these lofty goals. We hope to see you next year!
